MEDITATION STYLES

Breathing Meditation:

Delve into the power of your breath as a focal point for cultivating deep relaxation and mental clarity. Through focused breathing techniques, you will learn to anchor your awareness in the present moment, fostering a sense of calm and inner peace.

Impermanent Meditation (insight meditation | Vipassana)

Embrace the wisdom of impermanence, recognizing the transient nature of all things. This guides you to observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations without attachment, fostering a sense of equanimity and acceptance of life’s ever-changing nature.
Loving-Kindness Meditation:

Awaken your capacity for compassion and kindness through this transformative practice. By directing positive intentions and well-wishes towards yourself and others, you cultivate a heart-centered connection that fosters empathy, love, and emotional well-being.

Walking Meditation:

Walking meditation is a contemplative practice that combines mindfulness with physical movement. With each step, you cultivate a deep awareness of movement and presence. When you walk mindfully, you're aware of how things change. Each step reminds you that everything comes and goes.
