When: Sunday Feb 11th
Time: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
This is a day long meditation retreat with guided and silent meditations. Instructions will be given. This is suitable for all experience levels. All are welcome. If you are new to meditation retreats, please do not worry. There are many volunteers to help you. Feel free to come for all or part of the day.
You can observe Eight Precepts which will help you to improve your meditation. That is optional but recommended.
We will have cushions and chairs to sit on, but if you have a cushion and a mat, please bring them along. The part of the floor is carpeted and some area is uncarpeted.
Lunch is provided by the generosity of our devotees. if you have special dietary needs, please bring your own lunch.
